Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management

A program that blends the best of Swiss Excellence and the heritage of Ritz. Immerse yourself in a creative learning environment designed to ignite innovation, while engaging interactively to build the foundation for your future career success. This 4-year program includes the immersion year and 2 internships.

This certificate program contains all you need for a successful career transition or to launch your own entrepreneurial endeavor in this dynamic field. Upon passing an external exam, this program also includes the WSET Level 2 certificate.

Industry Immersion Year

By mastering the art of service, you will develop a deep understanding of the nuances of exceptional customer experience, which is the key to success in the hospitality industry. Develop refined technical and personal skills through an immersive education and a practical 6-month internship. This program can be taken on its own, but it also serves as the first year of the Bachelor's program.

Students benefit from the International Recruitment Forum (IRF) launched in 2008 by Swiss Education Group. IRF is an exclusive career event that takes place twice a year. Nestled in the Valais region at the foot of the Alps, this German-speaking town is at the border of Italy. Brig is also where you will find Restaurant Alpina, our 100-seat, student-run restaurant, where you will operate the venue for a season in partnership with the Culinary Arts Academy students. Brig offers a relaxed lifestyle and a host of alpine activities to keep you busy. From enjoying the convergence point of Italian and Swiss culture to exploring the famous Matterhorn and alpine villages, Brig can't be beat.
